    YOU CAN DO IT! I believe in you, Cindy! I’ve been doing WW and YMCA since May and have lost over 30 lbs and its mainly because of the exercise! You have to push yourself the first 2 weeks, but after a little while you miss exercising when you don’t get to do it – sounds crazy, but it’s how I feel especially since I’ve missed out the past 2 days because of the crazy weather here in RVA.
    Keep it up and I will look for your posts on FB!
